This is the ArtifyMe marketing website. Sign-in and artwork creation happen in the app. This page guides you to account information and support.

I cannot access my account. What should I do?

Use the sign-in method associated with your account. If you need help, contact support with your account email, device type, and a description of the issue. Never send your password or payment-card number.

How do I request account deletion?

Contact support from your registered email and ask for account deletion. Cancel any active subscription separately through your billing provider. See the Privacy Policy for the draft retention and deletion process.
