Accounts and responsibility
Keep sign-in details private and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person or use the service to harass or deceive.
Uploads and acceptable use
Only upload material you own or have permission to use. Obtain necessary permission from people shown in photos, including parents or guardians for children. Do not submit unlawful, exploitative, abusive, or rights-infringing material. See the AI Image Policy.
Artwork and service permission
You retain rights you already hold in uploaded material. You grant the limited permission needed to process the upload, create the requested result, store it according to your choices, and fulfill your orders. No exclusivity or copyright eligibility is guaranteed for AI-generated results.
Credits, subscriptions, and purchases
The price, credit cost, renewal period, and applicable taxes should be shown before purchase. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled through the billing provider. Physical products have separate charges. See the Credit & Subscription Policy.
Results and product previews
AI output can include unexpected details and may not preserve exact likeness. Review an image before sharing or ordering. Product previews are illustrative; printed color and placement may vary with materials and production.
Service issues and changes
Access may be interrupted for maintenance, provider issues, or security. Material changes to paid features should be communicated. We may restrict accounts for serious misuse and provide a review channel through support. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Questions or disputes
Contact support first with the details of the concern so it can be reviewed. Any jurisdiction, governing-law, arbitration, or liability provisions require the owner’s specific business and legal decisions and are intentionally not invented in this draft.
