Find your billing provider
Look at your purchase receipt to identify Apple, Google Play, or another payment provider. Visit Manage Subscription for the official Apple and Google Play guides.
Cancel before renewal
Complete cancellation before the provider processes the next renewal. The provider displays the renewal date and any deadline that applies to your purchase. Removing the app, signing out, or stopping use does not cancel billing.
After cancellation
Under the draft plan policy, paid access continues until the current billing period ends. Remaining monthly credits expire at the end of that period. A cancellation does not itself delete your account or request a refund.
Keep your artwork
Download the artwork you want to keep. If you also want to delete your account, make that separate request through support and review the Privacy Policy.
If you cannot find the subscription
Confirm that you are using the same Apple or Google account used for the purchase. If the subscription is still missing, contact the billing provider or send support the receipt with private payment details removed.
