Each print and personalized product is produced after you place the order. Review the artwork, size, finish, and delivery address before confirming. Production normally takes 3–5 business days under this draft schedule.
Delivery timing
Standard delivery within the contiguous United States is estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch. Production and transit times are separate. Rates and available destinations appear at checkout; remote locations and seasonal demand may take longer.
Track your keepsake
A dispatch notification provides tracking when the carrier supports it. Allow up to two business days for the first scan. If the estimate has passed or tracking stops updating, contact support with the order number.
Address changes and cancellations
Ask for a change as soon as possible. We can attempt changes before production begins, but cannot guarantee them once a custom item is in production or with the carrier.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our draft remedy is a replacement or refund after review. Do not return an item until support gives instructions.
Personalized returns
Custom-made products are not accepted for change-of-mind returns under this draft policy. This does not limit remedies for damage, defects, incorrect items, or any rights that apply where you live.
