YOUR PHOTO. YOUR CREATIVE CHOICE.

Make it personal.
Respect the original.

A photo can carry a memory, a likeness, and someone else’s rights. Here is a practical draft guide to responsible creation.

Image Ownership & Rights

Clear information. A thoughtful experience.

Draft updated October 14, 2026

Your original photo

You keep the rights you already have in your uploaded photo. Uploading does not transfer ownership to ArtifyMe. If someone else took the photo, obtain permission where needed before transforming it or ordering a product.

Permission from people shown

Use photos with appropriate permission from recognizable people. A parent or guardian must authorize use of a child’s photo. Avoid photos containing private or sensitive information you do not want processed.

The generated result

You may download and use the generated file subject to the rights in the original photo, applicable law, and these terms. AI generation does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity, or clearance of third-party rights. Similar results may be created for different users.

Personal and commercial uses

Personal display and gifts are the core intended uses. Before selling products, using a person’s likeness in advertising, or adding protected brands or characters, make sure you hold the necessary permissions. ArtifyMe does not provide automatic commercial-rights clearance.

Sharing and featuring artwork

Posting an image publicly can expose it to others. The proposed policy is to seek separate permission before featuring a customer’s photo or artwork in marketing. Keep private images private unless you choose to share them.

Report a rights concern

Contact support with the relevant image or page, a description of your rights, and information that identifies the material. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents in an initial report.
